Change of mind
You can return your kit within 30 days of delivery if you’ve changed your mind. It needs to be unused, with all the bits, in the original box.
- Email hello@shophandee.com with your order number.
- We’ll send you the return address.
- Return postage is paid by you for change-of-mind returns.
- Once it arrives and we’ve checked it, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Our products come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your kit has a major failure, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the problem isn’t a major failure, you’re entitled to have it repaired or replaced.
Email us a photo or short video of the problem and your order number. We’ll cover the return postage and sort it out quickly.
Warranty
On top of your consumer guarantees, the Fix Kit comes with a 12-month warranty against faults in materials and workmanship with normal use. It doesn’t cover damage from drops, water, misuse, or the rechargeable battery wearing down over time as batteries do.
