How long it takes
We pack and send orders within 2 business days. Once it’s on its way, delivery usually takes:

| Remote areas and WA/NT | 6–10 business days |
These are estimates. Public holidays and busy periods, like the run-up to Christmas, can add a few days.
Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If it hasn’t arrived within the times above, email us and we’ll chase it.
Where we ship
Right now we only ship within Australia, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers. International shipping is on the list.
If something goes wrong
- It arrived damaged: email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement.
- It says delivered but it isn’t there: check with neighbours and your building, then email us and we’ll open a claim with the courier.
- Wrong address: email us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t shipped, we can fix it.
