Who we are
Handee (shophandee.com) is an Australian business. In this policy, “we” means Handee. You can contact us at hello@shophandee.com.
What we collect
- When you join the inner circle: your email address, which form you used and when you joined.
- When you order: your name, delivery address, email, phone number and order details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details.
- When you email us: whatever you include in your message.
- When you browse the site: basic information like pages visited, device and browser, and roughly where you are, collected with cookies and similar tools. See “Cookies and ads” below.
Why we collect it
- To send and deliver your order, and to help if something goes wrong.
- To send you emails you’ve signed up for, like launch news and first dibs. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in every email.
- To understand how people use the site, so we can make it better.
- To show Handee ads to people who might like them, and to measure whether those ads work.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business. They only use your information to provide their service to us:
- Vercel: hosts this website and stores inner-circle sign-ups.
- Klaviyo: sends our emails.
- Google: email and site analytics.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising and ad measurement, if you’ve interacted with our site or ads.
- Our store, payment provider and courier, to process and deliver orders.
Some of these providers store information overseas, mainly in the United States. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and ads
We use cookies and similar tools (like the Google Analytics and Meta pixels) to see how the site is used and to show you relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and change your ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information with reputable providers that use encryption and access controls, and only the Handee team can see it. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails any time, with the link at the bottom of every email.
- See or correct the information we hold about you by emailing us.
- Ask us to delete your information, unless we need to keep it by law, for example order records for tax.

Email hello@shophandee.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
